[audax-oz] Cycle lurve in Bristol

Great rant. Particularly loved the para copied below in which I have 
changed the words "cycle" and "ride" to "drive". It now perfectly 
reflects the behaviour I see daily in my own area. Gee, I wonder which 
is more dangerous???

"Let me remind you, it's still illegal to /drive/ on pavements, run red 
lights, /drive/ the wrong way down a one way street, whizz through 
pedestrian crossings (when pedestrians are actually crossing them) and 
hop from road to pavement with reckless abandon and the attention span 
of an amoeba."
