(focus on the ability).  Inclusion (stop excluding).

Beth worked as a Community Building Project Officer in the Victorian
Department of Human Services (DHS) for a year and a half.  Beth has a
Politics degree and have worked in Australian local government and the
systemic advocacy sector for six years.  Her current job is
Coordinator for the Network for CARERS of people with a mental
illness.  She's had this position almost a year.

In the ADDE December newsletter article Beth talks about DisAbility
terminology and its influence on policy, attitudes and behaviour. Also
Beth talks about issues with the DHS      MetroAccess program designed
to help local communities become inclusive of people with
disabilities.
